The Role:
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Perform planned maintenance and ensure optimal system performance
- Assist with HVAC small projects and installation, as needed
- Serve commercial and industrial clients—no residential work
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers and team members
- Uphold SKM’s core values: Personal, Proactive and Professional
We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- EPA 608 certification required; additional certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, clean background check
- A dependable, self-motivated technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
